If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or change your mind, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue you with a credit note for the cost of the item (excluding delivery costs).
Please note that we do not accept returns on live plants unless we are notified on the day of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper care of live plants once received and accepted. Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. The item must not be opened or used and packaging must be intact and of sellable quality.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If a product you purchased is defective or damaged during delivery it is important you let us know within 24 hours. Please keep all packaging materials from the delivery. All items returned as “faulty” will be inspected by us and any items deemed to be subject to reasonable wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Delivery costs are non-refundable. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is determined as “faulty” or "as a result of our error”
